§ 1
Määrata Järva-Jaani alevis asuva Raudtee tee ja Uue tänava vahelise teelõigu nimeks Hommiku tänav vastavalt lisatud skeemile.
§ 2
Määrus jõustub 1. detsembril 2007. a.
