§ 1
Seadustes, välja arvatud välislaenulepingute ja laenudele riigigarantii andmise ratifitseerimise seadused, loetakse euro kasutusele võtnud Euroopa Liidu liikmesriikide rahaühikud rahaühikuks euro (EUR), arvestades Euroopa Liidu Nõukogu kehtestatud konverteerimiskursse.
§ 1
Currency units of Member States of the European Union that have adopted euro shall be deemed to be a currency unit euro (EUR) in legislation, except for the acts on foreign loan agreements and ratification of granting state guarantee to loans, taking account of the conversion rates determined by the Council of the European Union.
§ 2
Käesolev seadus jõustub 2002. aasta 1. jaanuaril.
§ 2
This Act enters into force on 1 January 2002.
